The six modules at a glance

Module 1. Communication

Do you recognise that colleagues communicate very differently and sometimes understand each other well and sometimes not at all? Understanding communication strategies and styles gives you a deeper understanding of how you interact with the people around you. It will also increase the quality of your conversations.

Module 2. Trust

Trust is about fulfilling agreements. About the extent to which you treat other people’s interests in the same way as your own. About the need for a good relationship of trust in the workplace. It also gives your self-confidence a boost.

Module 3. Conflict management

You learn to recognise conflict styles and how they can support you to resolve differences and achieve positive results when a conflict or disagreement arises.

Module 4. Openness

Do you want to know more about how to prevent miscommunication? Do you want to break through a gossip culture? Do you want to become more skilled dealing with difficult situations and manage your own expectations and those of others?

Module 5. Responsibility

Through 360-degree feedback, you learn how others perceive you in work and personal situations. You learn to translate these insights into your interaction with others. You experience why a clear concept of responsibility and ownership is necessary for good collaboration.

Module 6. Results

How do you achieve the results you have in mind? What is your mission and how do you stay on track? You learn different methods to transform negative emotions and disruptive behaviour into something positive. By reconstructing situations and setting clear, achievable goals, you increase your own effectiveness and the effectiveness of your collaborating partners.
