What drives me professionally is helping people to experience that they already have what they need to be successful, to learn to claim a place for themselves working with others, and to make themselves part of the process. I offer trust and space for everyone to grow, and I do this in a creative and innovative way. For more than 23 years, I have worked both nationally and internationally with directors, managers and teams to create greater collaboration and mutual understanding.

I believe that everyone is beautiful and can do much more than they think. With lightness and humour, I’ll show you that it’s always possible to create cooperation, I don’t give up. I am passionate about organisations that are willing to create a better world for younger generations. I have 25 years’ experience in various management roles, coaching and training everyone from CEOs to the youngest employee in the company.

I offer people the space to grow by enabling them look at existing patterns from a different perspective. This opens up more possibilities for them. I do this without judgment and with compassion for everyone. During 25 years of training and coaching teams and management, I always get energy from the success of guiding others in self-empowerment and teaching them how to help their people take a step further.

My vision is that you connect from heart to heart. When people open up, they see that they have tremendous potential. Seeing someone grow before your eyes, that's my passion. I put this into practice in my own life and give others the confidence that it can be done. I have over 15 years of experience in HR and organisational development, and I have worked with young people and C-level employees.

Motivating someone through self-awareness; that gives energy. I believe in empowering people to grow, by giving them the space to be themselves. With a small assignment, exercise or reflection, I stir people into action. My accessible and down-to-earth approach will help you set achievable goals. From my commercial (project) management background, I am quick to translate practical experience into individual growth and work-life balance

It takes courage to take a step in a new direction. The core of my coaching is to offer new perspectives to the person I’m coaching and give insights so they can recognise their possibilities. My trademark is learning to work with a practical and solution-oriented approach. Change management has been the common thread throughout my 30 years of my work experience.
